If it's the same as this (https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/rip/883280) which got blammed because it was shit, and you reuploaded it without any improvements, that's a pretty obvious case of breaking Portal rules. Looking at the crappy 5 second Krinkels ripoff you've got under judgment right now, I'm guessing it was blammed correctly - come up with your own ideas, make better stuff, and if the NG populace still says it sucks, listen to them.
